It's long been known that drumming has therapeutic benefits. Like its complementary components, singing and dancing it stimulates the mind, body, spirit in emotionally positive ways. These sessions, lead by Master Drummer Ras Prince, provide a way for participants to connect with the drum's power and to others in the group learning space.

Anxieties, depression and stress are just a few of the health challenges that can be alleviated through drumming.

Whether a beginner, experienced or just refreshing your skills, this course will re-energise, uplift and provide a safe space for sound mind-fullness.
